    “<\/span>Eurotent<\/span>“<\/span> is a conventional concept that means a truck with a semitrailer that has dimensions similar to characteristics specified below. The width of eurotruck (which is another name for eurotent), permits 2 European pallets (each pallet length is 120 cm) to be stowed side by side.
    \n<\/span><\/p>\n

    External dimensions of \u201cEurotent\u201d are the following:

      There is a big quantity of semi-trailer modifications, among which there are semi-trailers with the volume of 76-78 cubic meters of a smaller length (12,5-13 m) and semi-trailers of a standard and bigger length, width and height (13,6 – 15 m; 2,5 m; 2,7 m).

      \n<\/span>The construction of a semi-trailer is fitted with a convertible tent, thus allowing for side- or top- loading\/unloading. Besides, semi-trailer with a removed tent makes it possible to use semi-trailer as an open platform with the height of sideboards from 35 to 50 cm.<\/span>

              Trucks of this class are capable of keeping the temperature of loading for a long time (10-20 hours) on condition the exterior temperature ranges from –10 0C to +20 0C. Besides, several models make it possible to provide heating up of the cargo body, thus allowing for keeping the level of interior temperature for a longer period of time and at lower exterior temperatures. Sideboards of load box are made from tin-plated foam plastic. Doors of a cargo body are equipped with multiplexer. Ventilation outlets are provided. Usually a cargo body is equipped with an extra side door to facilitate loading\/ unloading.
